As part of our commitment to Environmental Stewardship, we have undertaken an initial carbon baseline assessment of our own operations and key supply-chain activities. This allows us to move beyond product-level claims to a more formalised approach to corporate sustainability. 

Our work directly advances the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and supports our customers' Net-Zero mandates:

• SDG 7 – Affordable & Clean Energy: Improving machinery efficiency and lowering energy demand through reduced frictional losses.

• SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure: Delivering sustainable industrial innovation through advanced depth filtration technology.

• SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption & Production: Minimizing waste oil by extending fluid service life and reducing disposal volumes.

• SDG 13 – Climate Action: Helping industries achieve decarbonisation and GHG reduction through efficiency gains.

Sustainability at Delta-Xero is inherent in what we do. We recognise that in the modern industrial landscape, ESG Governance and SBTi (Science-Based Targets) alignment are becoming critical for international stakeholders. While our technology provides the technical capacity for radical resource efficiency, we are equally committed to strengthening our internal environmental management systems. 

We provide the granular data required for modern ESG disclosure. By continuously removing particulate contamination, moisture, and oxidation byproducts (such as varnish, resins, and acid), our systems prevent the chemical degradation that leads to premature oil changes. 

The results are tangible and verifiable: 

• Carbon Savings: For every Liter of oil saved, we prevent between 1.5kg to 3kg of CO2 equivalent from entering the atmosphere. 

• Asset Life Extension: We reduce the embodied carbon associated with replacement parts and overhauls by protecting components from abrasive wear. 

• Energy Efficiency: Clean lubrication directly reduces frictional losses, allowing equipment to operate at peak efficiency and consume less electricity or fuel. 

We recognise that sustainability is a journey of permanent improvement. Our first baseline, calculated using UK Government conversion factors and recognised screening methodologies, serves as a foundation for future reduction efforts. We will continue to refine our data and work closely with suppliers to reduce our total footprint while helping our customers achieve their Zero Emissions targets.
