IDE Diesel Project

The client was due to undertake essential offline maintenance works, requiring use of diesel standby generators to ensure continuous power supply sustaining vital systems for its customers. Despite completing regular checks on the generators, adhering to emissions regulations meant the client was unaware of the risks being created by the largely static diesel. Analysis found critical levels of contamination and water in the fuel, indicating that the generators would fail if standby power was required. A single Delta-Xero cartridge unit was installed, reducing contamination levels within a few days. This ensured the effectiveness of the generators as a standby power and allowed for the maintenance to be completed uninterrupted.
