The client was experiencing breakdowns on vital equipment, often inherent in hydraulic press machinery. Oil analysis found that thorough and ongoing fluid conditioning was required to overcome otherwise unavoidable oil degradation. Installation of Delta-Xero cartridge units not only reduced contamination levels and prevented any more breakdowns, but also allowed the oil to become a cleaning solution within the system which removed all historic contamination from the components.
